GUARDED Final Draft Constitution Handed Over To SATA Leaks Online

The final draft constitution which was handed over to President Sata and guarded ‘under Lock and Key’ has been leaked online, Tumfweko understands.

Sata ordered only 10 copies of the draft constitution to be released to him.

The content sees the critical 50+1 threshold for one to be elected President of Zambia, Dual citizenship and the declaration of Zambia as a christian nation inserted.
