Unnecessary parallel structures amid confusion and dark corner meetings is rife among the ruling Patriotic Front-PF- leadership in Eastern Province.
This time, the former Provincial Committee led by Attan Mwamba has charged that the current leadership commanded by Lameck Mangani is harassing civil servants a move which will force him to take the matter to court and file an injunction.
When contacted, Eastern Province Information and Publicity Secretary, Teleka Chirwa, has urged Mr. Mwamba to stop forming parallel structures in Eastern Province adding that he should wait for a Provincial conference so that he can be subjected to an election.
