Police in Lusaka have formally arrested Copperbelt based Musician Chama Fumba over his politically charged song ‘A Lungu Anabwela’ for allegedly defaming President Edgar Lungu.
Controversial Zambian musician Chama Fumba, alias Pilato has been formally been arrested and he is expected to appear in court this afternoon.
Pilato arrived at Lusaka’s Central Police in the company of two lawyers amid tight security.
The musician is accused of allegedly defamation in his latest offering”ALungu Anabwela.”
Under the rein of late President Michael Sata Piltao alongside Petersen also courted a similar fate with their song Bufi.
