‘There Is No Recruitment Of Any Kind’– ZNS

THE Zambia National Service (ZNS) has refuted social media reports that it is conducting a recruitment exercise for officers in various fields.
ZNS public relations officer Matthew Thole said the reports are malicious and aimed at misleading people.
“ZNS would like to bring to the attention of members of the general public that there is no such recruitment taking place anywhere in the service,” Major Thole said in a statement yesterday.
He said any legitimate advert from ZNS will be appropriately published through various mainstream media when a recruitment programme is being conducted.
Major Thole said ZNS does not post its adverts or relay information to the public through social media.
He has advised members of the public to disregard any advert relating to the recruitment which has been posted on social media.
“ZNS is also cautioning members of the general public against falling prey to selfish individuals who may be masquerading as recruitment officers in exchange for money,” Major Thole said.
