Health Minister Hon Dr Chitalu Chilufya yesterday officiated at the ground breaking ceremony of the Phase II of the Lusaka health center District hospitals at Kanyama hospital. This will see the Upgrade or Kanyama Clinic, Chipata Clinic and Chawama Clinic upgraded to first level hospitals.
This gesture will be done by the Zambian government in partnership with the Japanese Government and JICA. In attendance was, Japanese Ambassador to Zambia H.E Hidenobu Sobashima, Chiefs and Tradition affairs Minister Lawrence Sichalwe and Kanyama Member of Parliament Elizabeth Phiri.
