Bailiffs have auctioned properties which were recently seized from some closed Debonairs Pizza outlets which were being run by Camran Investment Limited.
This has left over 100 workers stranded and still fighting with the company for their 10 months unpaid salary arrears.
One of the workers, James Manengu says not getting the money in this harsh economy is hard to bear.
He says government must quickly come to the aid of the former workers because some have since died without getting their money.
Meanwhile, in an interview with Diamond News, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Labour, Chanda Kaziya says the workers should report to the Ministry the latest developments regarding their case.
